Syntoniq put together a “Rethinking Employee Financial Wellbeing Symposium” for MetLife UK to highlight the need for new approaches from employers to help staff boost financial resilience. The symposium was aimed at employee benefit consultants and was held at the head office of the Association of British Insurers in London on 20 November 2018. Key speakers at the symposium, hosted by Adrian Matthews, MetLife’s employee benefits director, included Dr Charlotte Duke, head of specialist consultancy London Economics’ behavioral economics team, Dr Heather Kappes from the London School of Economics, and Prasad Ramani, Founder and CEO of Syntoniq.
